HEALING HUE

The event began with the chanting of the Navkar Mantra followed by Deep Prajwalan.The welcome speech by chairperson Rachna Golchha gave a united and positive tone for the day.

The session featured two expert trainers :

✨ Shilpa Jain, Spiritual Healer – guided us through the power of forgiveness, techniques to activate chakras, and connect with cosmic energy. A short yet profound meditation session added a deep sense of calm and balance.

✨ Indu ji, Expert in Acupressure &colour Therapy – shared insightful knowledge on healing through acupressure points and the use of colours for treatment . Her session highlighted simple yet effective methods to heal body and thus improve well-being into daily life.
