Mega Industrial Visit: Paragon Autotech, Ashiana Manufacturing India Ltd (Manufacturer of Kamdhenu TMT Rebars) and Kajaria Ceramics.
On 6th August 2025, 19 Members from 4 chapters of North Zone, joined JITO Youth Wing Gurugram, for industrial visit to Paragon Autotech, Ashiana Manufacturing and Kajaria Ceramics in Bhiwadi. Members got the chance to interact with Mr Rahul Jain and Mrs Meena Jain, Directors of Paragon Autotech and witness end to end process from tool making to compounding and manufacturing of automotive components. This was followed by inter chapter networking over lunch.
Post this, the members proceeded to visit Ashiana Manufacturing India Ltd (Manufacturer of Kamdhenu TMT Rebars), where JITO Gururgram Chapter Member Utkarsh Jain explained the procedure of manufacturing TMT Rebars.
The day ended with a visit to Kajaria Ceramics plant at Gailpur, which is the largest tile making plant in India. Mr DP Singh and Mr Govind, explained the tile making process in a brief presentation, followed by plant visit. During the plant visit, members witnessed the complete procedure of tile making, from how the raw clay was segregated, mixed and then turned to tiles, followed by digital printing and designing of tiles.
