Himachal Getaway & Bhuira Jam Factory Visit

JITO Youth Wing Gurgaon – Rajgarh Trip Summary

Hey everyone!
Sharing a proper summary of our Rajgarh trip so we have everything in one place. There were 13 of us, and honestly, the whole trip felt like a very wholesome break — simple, calm, fun, and full of good memories.
?️ Day 1 – 7th November
We all left from Sector 15 Part 2 around 7:30 AM, and because of the long scenic route and a few breaks on the way, we reached Rajgarh around 6–6:30 PM.
Since it was already getting dark by the time we reached, we couldn’t play the life-size Ludo as planned. So everyone just freshened up a bit, took a nature walk around the property, had our high tea, and then checked into our rooms and relaxed for some time.
Later in the evening, we all gathered for the bonfire. That whole vibe — music, talking, random jokes, and everyone laughing together — felt like the perfect start to the trip. After that, we had our dinner and called it a night.

?️ Day 2 – 8th November
The next morning started with a trek, which honestly turned out to be one of the most beautiful parts of the entire trip. The views, the silence, the fresh air — everything just felt very grounding.
After the trek, we went to the Bhuira Jam Factory, which was such a pleasant surprise. The place is completely run by women, and all the jams, marmalades, and chutneys are made by hand, without any machines. Watching them work with so much dedication was really inspiring. And of course, all of us ended up buying jams and other things from them — partly because everything tasted great, and partly because it felt good to support the women running that place.
We finally played the life-size Ludo, and it genuinely became one of the highlights of the trip. Everyone was super involved, shouting, laughing, and enjoying like little kids.
After that, we came back to the resort for another round of our mini ritual — bonfire, games, conversations, and that cosy group vibe we all had going.

?️ Day 3 – 9th November
On the last day, we woke up, packed our bags, and started the drive back home.
On the way, we stopped at the Jatoli Shiv Mandir, which was really beautiful. Everyone took blessings, spent some peaceful time there, clicked a few pictures, and then continued the journey.
We also took a dinner break on our way back before heading home.
✨ Overall
This trip just had a very warm and easy energy — no rush, no stress, just good company, nature, meaningful conversations, and a lot of fun moments. It was the perfect little escape, and the group vibe made it even better.
Looking forward to more such trips together! ??
