Objective of the Visit-The industrial visit to Pee Empro Exports was organized to provide participants with firsthand insight into the garment manufacturing industry. The visit aimed to explore the processes involved in fabric designing, production, and finishing of readymade garments for international brands.

Meeting with Unit Officials,During the visit, we had the opportunity to interact with:

Mr. Rawat – HR Head

Unit Overview-The Pee Empro Exports unit specializes in manufacturing high-quality readymade garments. The unit has an impressive capacity of producing, finishing, and packing 10,000 units per day. The company manufactures garments for well-known American brands, including:GAP,American Eagle,J. Crew.

Manufacturing Process-The unit follows a streamlined and well-organized production process to ensure efficiency and quality. The key steps involved are:

1. Order Reception & Planning:Orders are received from the main office with detailed specifications.

Location-wise planning is conducted before proceeding with production.

2. Fabric Sorting & Cutting:Fabric is sorted into lots before cutting., Allocation and planning are finalized before issuing the cutting go-ahead.,Once approved, fabric is cut accordingly.

3. Stitching Process:Cut fabric pieces are assigned to stitching lines for assembly., Skilled workers sew the garments as per the design requirements.

4. Finishing Stage:After stitching, the garments undergo finishing, which includes:Thread cutting,Ironing,Quality checking

5. Packaging & Sorting:Finished goods are sorted based on size and buyer requirements.,Tagging and destination-wise sorting are completed as per buyer’s instructions.

6. Inspection & Dispatch:Goods undergo a strict inspection process before approval.,Approved products are handed over to the forwarder with all necessary documentation for shipment.
