The JITO Ladies Wing Gurugram recently undertook a meaningful and memorable visit to Agra, blending culture, learning, and community bonding into a well-curated experience.

Total Attendance: 25 members from JLW Gurugram and Agra chapters

The highlight of the trip was a warm and engaging JBN meet, where members from both JLW Gurugram and JLW Agra chapters interacted and networked, fostering stronger inter-chapter relationships. The presence of distinguished dignitaries, including:

* Hema Jain – Co-convener, JLW North Zone
* Rinku Bandi – JITO Jobs North Zone Co-convener

added a special touch to the event, emphasizing leadership and support for women's empowerment.

Participants also explored a renowned handicraft showroom, where they were introduced to the intricate art of marble inlay work—a traditional craft that reflects Agra’s rich heritage. The live demonstrations and informative sessions offered valuable insights into local craftsmanship and inclusive entrepreneurship.

In addition to the cultural experience, the group visited industrial setups focused on Inlay work and Carpet making, where they witnessed first-hand the painstaking craftsmanship and the economic importance of these industries in Agra. This industrial visit not only highlighted the artistry involved but also shed light on the role of artisans in creating sustainable livelihoods.

The visit to the *Taj Mahal*, a timeless symbol of beauty and legacy, added an emotional and cultural depth to the trip, leaving members inspired and awed.

More than just a journey, the Agra visit was a celebration of learning and collaboration. With shared laughter, heartfelt conversations, and new friendships, the experience created lasting memories and reinforced the spirit of unity among JLW members.
